Personal profile

Professor Robert K.Y. Li joined Hong Kong Chu Hai College in July 2024 as Associate Vice President (Academic & Research). Prior to joining the College, he served at the City University of Hong Kong for over three decades, holding a number of senior academic leadership positions.

A distinguished scholar in Materials Science and Engineering, Prof. Li has been listed among Stanford University's World's Top 2% Scientists in 2022 and 2024 and was awarded the Second Class State Natural Science Award of the People's Republic of China in 2010. With extensive experience in academic leadership, research, quality assurance, and postgraduate education, he continues to contribute to the advancement of academic excellence and research development at Hong Kong Chu Hai College.

李國耀教授於2024年7月加入香港珠海學院，擔任協理副校長（學術及研究）。加入學院前，李教授於香港城市大學服務逾三十年，並曾出任多項高級學術領導職務。

李教授為材料科學與工程領域的傑出學者，獲列入史丹福大學 2022 及2024 全球前2%頂尖科學家名單，並2010年榮獲國家自然科學獎二等獎。憑藉其豐富的學術領導、科研管理、質素保證及研究生教育經驗，李教授持續推動香港珠海學院的學術卓越及研究發展。
